Masked maniacs Slipknot have opened a new website and are possibly teasing something in the next couple of days.
If you visit unlock.slipknot1.com, the landing page asks for your email, first name, your city and country. After you submit all the information, a new page loads and all we get is the tribal “S” logo on fire with a 09 on one side and a 28 on the other. Assuming that’s a date, that would this following Monday, the 28th.
About two weeks ago Slipknot released their first new music since 2022’s The End, So Far. The standalone song “Arsenal” is also the first song with drummer Eloy Casagrande from Sepultura fame.
“Arsenal” was met with mixed reviews from fans online. With a fan even asking Jim Root over Twitter/ X if this song will be featured on the long-awaited new album.
Root replied plainly “No. This was just one we could finish ‘sooner’ to get out there.”
